Qualifications

• Customer-focused availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and own the customer experience.
• Develop relationships to grow sales.
• Achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Highlight product knowledge and store services.
• Ring POS transactions and handle key account information.
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting and trying on shoes.
• Maintain a visually appealing department and shoe stock room.
• Be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
