Job summary

Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Shoe Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our Waunakee, Wisconsin location. You will build relationships, share brand knowledge, and assist customers with fitting and selection to ensure a standout shopping experience.

You will handle POS transactions, maintain department presentation, and participate in a team that values internal promotion and comprehensive benefits. Weekend and evening shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Develop relationships to grow your business

• Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience
• Ring POS transactions and key account information
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting and trying on shoes
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean department, and shoe stock room
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
