Job summary

Shoe Carnival is seeking a friendly Store Associate to join our team and help customers find the perfect footwear while delivering great service.

You’ll greet shoppers, operate the register, handle cash and returns, and promote Shoe Perks. You’ll keep displays tidy and assist with inventory, all in a fast-paced, fun retail environment. Flexible part-time hours and on‑the‑job training are provided.

Qualifications

• Great communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find shoes and accessories.
• Operate the register, handle cash, give change, and process returns.
• Use basic math for transactions.
• Share promotions and Shoe Perks with customers.
• Keep displays neat and well-stocked.
