Caleres, home to Famous Footwear, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store performance. You will keep pricing, shipments, fulfillment, and inventory in line with company standards, while creating a welcoming environment that motivates customers to choose our brands and styles.

You will champion our culture, stay informed on trends, and share knowledge with shoppers to ensure the right fits and brands are always available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities
