Each day our Shoe Expeditor Professionals assist customers, process new merchandise and recover the shoe sales area as well as maintain

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse groups.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Self-starter, works well independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Functions

• Create an enhanced shopping experience through the heightened use of tools, technology and collaboration
• Assist in fulfillment orders for our customers
• Participate in the merchandising and operational requirements of the role

Qualifications and Competencies

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Physical Requirements

• Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, color vision and climbing ladders
• Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties, including handheld electronic equipment.
• Frequently lift/move up to 30lbs
