Boscov's Department Store, LLC is seeking a Retail Department Stock Associate to help keep products on the floor and assist customers with a friendly demeanor. You will support stock replenishment and ensure accurate merchandise presentation across departments.

Responsibilities include processing receipts, assisting customers, and maintaining stock areas while keeping up with promotions and policies. Great role for those who enjoy a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage customers.
• Prior stock and/or selling experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic math in daily tasks.
• Able to learn selling techniques and operate a POS terminal.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process receipts and transfers and replenish floor daily.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers on the selling floor.
• Maintain appearance of selling floor and stock room.
• Complete sales transactions and paperwork in line with company policies.
• Stay aware of advertised merchandise and promotions.
