Job summary

HII’s Ingalls Shipbuilding is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Preventative Maintenance across multiple contracts in Pascagoula, MS. The role involves inspecting, analyzing, and documenting PM data while collaborating in a cross-functional team to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of mechanical experience and be a High School graduate or equivalent. Full-time, with flexible hours including weekends; on-site work only.

Qualifications

• High School graduate is required.
• Candidates must have 1 year minimum mechanical experience such as Automotive Repair, Plant Maintenance, Machinery Installation/Repair listed in the resume.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Preventative Maintenance (P&PM) components, equipment, devices, or systems.
• Conduct equipment surveillance with problem solving in a team environment.
• Perform inspections, checks, analysis and documentation of data to support production goals, safety, quality, cost and schedule.
