• Preferred: Trade or Vocational School graduate with construction/manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 8,000-hour apprenticeship program (approx. 4 years) in a manufacturing trade.
• First shift position with rigorous coursework and hands-on shipbuilding tasks.
• Read blueprints and technical documents to support fabrication and assembly.
