Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous shipping, warehouse, material-handling, or order-fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to read and accurately complete sales orders, pick lists, packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain company-required certification.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and stage domestically built and imported roller shades for shipment to OEM and aftermarket customers.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, destinations, and shipping docs against orders; resolve discrepancies.
• Package and secure shipments with labels and required documents.
• Prepare packing lists, bills of lading, carrier labels, and shipment records in the system.
• Safely load shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment; confirm load condition and securement.
