Starting wage is $16.00 per hour with 4 nine‑hour days plus a half day, plus 80 hours vacation, 40 sick hours, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, HSA, life insurance, 401(k) with match).

Qualifications

• Shipping, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Proven dependability with excellent attendance
• Ability to read work instructions, orders, and shipping documents in English
• Basic computer skills for order processing and carrier systems
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Pull product from inventory to fill customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack orders securely for domestic and international shipment
• Process shipments through carrier and freight systems
• Generate shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Verify orders against paperwork before shipment
• Move, stage, and load pallets using forklift and pallet jack (training provided)
• Receive inbound shipments and verify contents against packing slips
• Track materials for inventory and perform cycle counts
