Job summary

Fastenal is hiring for a Shipping Assistant Manager at our Jessup, PA distribution center. This full-time role leads the Shipping department, organizes outgoing orders, and ensures shipments are accurate and on time.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to analyze data to improve output. Shifts include Tue-Wed-Thu 4:00pm–1:00am and Mon-Sun 1:00pm–10:00pm, with a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and pass drug screen.
