Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all outbound loads with sales and production.
• Verify shipping documents and records discrepancies.
• Prepare paperwork for shipment and review incoming material paperwork.
• Set up loads for common carriers and dispatch carriers with instructions.
• Maintain documentation and records in compliance with DOT rules.
• Assist with loading/unloading material as needed.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
