Creative Safety Supply LLC in Beaverton, OR is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Team Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations and keep orders moving accurately. This hands-on leadership role partners with the Warehouse Manager and trains staff on shipping processes, safety, and company procedures.

The role requires experience in shipping/receiving, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily orders, priorities, and workloads for the Shipping & Receiving team.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to team members.
• Train employees on shipping processes, equipment, safety practices, and company procedures.
• Review outgoing orders for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Use shipping systems, computers, and handheld scanners to process and track orders and inventory.
• Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the Warehouse Manager.
• Troubleshoot shipping and inventory issues and escalation when needed.
• Work closely with Packaging and other warehouse teams to keep customer orders moving.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Support inventory counts and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Participate in company safety initiatives and the Safety Committee as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour DOE

Location: Beaverton, OR

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

About the Role

Creative Safety Supply is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Team Lead to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shipping & Receiving team. This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• 3+ years of warehouse experience required
• At least 1 year of lead or leadership experience required
• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, shipping systems, and handheld scanners
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while providing direction and support to a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• OSHA 30 General Industry training preferred, or ability to complete the training within 90 days of hire; company-paid training provided
