Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Material Handler in Franklin, OH. This role coordinates and executes shipment and receipt of goods, verifies shipments, and maintains accuracy in logistics tasks.

The position requires sit-down forklift experience and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift options include 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am) with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have sit-down forklift experience.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Receive all finished products and verify shipments
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet movers
• Support materials handling for production-related materials
• Maintain an orderly and organized warehouse
• Develop, revise, and review documentation for materials-related activities
• Weigh pallets and scrap as needed
• Shrink wrap finished goods and prepare them for shipment
• Examine and distribute finished pallets as required
