Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400 or SAP. The position requires lifting and physical work as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Teams.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus bending, twisting or lifting from awkward positions or in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with third party vendors and internal vendors the shipment of finished goods to customer sites.
• Handles all shipping paperwork to ensure all shipments are delivered to their destination within set parameters.
• Enters all shipment/freight information in the computer for tracking purposes.
• Completes required international paperwork for shipment.
• Works with the internal team when customer issues and/or returned product is sent back due to damages.
