Job summary

Dover Food Retail, part of the Dover Corporation, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk II to coordinate loading and unloading of finished goods and manage shipping documentation. The role requires collaboration with carriers and internal teams to meet delivery schedules.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of shipping experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a hands-on on-site position with opportunities to grow within a global manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading/unloading of finished cases onto trailers per shipping schedule.
• Handle all shipping paperwork to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enter shipment data for tracking and reporting.
• Process international shipping paperwork as needed.
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues.
