A leading glass manufacturer is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Handler in Shreveport, LA. This full-time position involves managing loading and receiving operations in a dynamic warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring accurate processing of shipments, and maintaining warehouse safety. The company offers a competitive salary starting at $18/hour along with benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualificações

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to safely lift 50-75 pounds.
• Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/8”.
• Ability to physically stand for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to complete simple computer tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all receiving and loading operations.
• Ensure that all incoming shipments are accurately processed.
• Monitor route efficiency with emphasis on load value.
• Supervise and train receiving and loading staff.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Conhecimentos

Relevant experience in receiving and inventory management
