Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Bethlehem, PA location. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm, or until completion, and focuses on accurate receipt and shipment of products within our distribution network.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, stand-up forklift expertise, and a strong attention to detail. You will handle forklift operations, RF scanning, and ensure safety and efficiency throughout the

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• 1 year stand-up forklift experience and safety protocols.
• Detail-oriented and able to lift 50-75 lbs frequently.
• Comfortable with heat/cold, noise and dust; heights up to 25–30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts including stand-up and order picker.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and movement.
• Receive, pick and transport product through the warehouse.
• Stack, palletize, tote and store product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean; uphold safety protocols.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
