Aerotek is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Specialist for a contract position in Meridian, ID. You will safely operate forklifts, verify materials, maintain inventory, and support both weigh-ins and weigh-outs.

The role requires heavy lifting and outdoor work in all weather, with shipments processed accurately and efficiently. Multiple shifts available; full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial forklifts (8,000–12,000 lbs).
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving protocols.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds frequently.
• Familiarity with inventory and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and stage decking products.
• Verify incoming/outgoing materials and assist with truck weigh-ins.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SCM software.
• Identify decking products and keep the work area organized.
• Ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
