At Work Cincy is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk for first shift in Florence, KY. This full-time role supports shipping, receiving and production departments to maintain steady workflow and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with shift Supervisors and Managers, scheduling shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, data entry in MAS200 and MS Office, and applying shipping labels to boxes to meet carrier pickup times. Pay is $18 per hour, weekly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping/receiving activities with shift Supervisors and Managers.
• Schedule truck shipments and ensure timely loading/unloading.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across shipping, receiving and production.
• Process orders in MAS200 and perform data entry in MS Office.
• Apply shipping labels to boxes to meet carrier pickup times.
• Learn and operate department equipment and software (MAS200, MS Office, UPS).
• Support department workflow with standardized routing procedures.
• Assist with selecting and provisioning supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to resolve issues promptly.
