Job summary

Aerotek in Louisville, KY is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to process incoming freight, verify PO accuracy, and safely package outbound equipment for clients. The role uses WMS to monitor stock levels and performs daily cycle counts in a PCI-compliant, secure environment.

The onsite position requires experience in shipping/receiving, RF scanners, pallet jacks, data entry, and inventory software. Start ASAP with competitive hourly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Inventory management and tracking experience.
• Experience with inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
• Safely package outbound equipment for field or retail clients.
• Monitor stock levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Conduct daily and annual physical cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean and secure work environment according to safety standards.
