Job summary

Castelion is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage the flow of materials at our Rio Rancho facility. You will receive, inspect, label, and organize shipments, and prepare outbound orders with precision in a fast-paced environment.

You must have 5+ years in shipping/receiving, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification. Experience with hazardous materials and ERP/MES/WMS systems is preferred. U.S. citizenship and potential security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• 5+ years of forklift or material-handling equipment experience with a valid certification.
• Strong attention to detail; accurate data entry in digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments and inspect against packing slips and PO.
• Receive, label, and route materials to Inventory; prepare outbound shipments.
• Package materials per shipping requirements and coordinate with carriers.
