Job summary

ProRecruiters is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Tulsa, OK to join a growing team. The role involves loading and unloading large equipment, preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining ERP records.

Candidates should have experience in shipping/receiving in an industrial setting, be able to operate forklifts, and be comfortable with warehouse safety procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience loading and unloading large or heavy equipment from flatbed trailers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload large equipment, components, and materials from flatbed trailers.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, condition, and proper documentation.
• Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and other required paperwork.
• Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and internal departments.
• Use carrier portals to schedule shipments, arrange trucking, and track deliveries.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipping and receiving information in an ERP system.
• Inspect materials for damage and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure equipment and materials are properly secured for transportation.
• Maintain an organized and safe shipping and receiving area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and transportation requirements.
