Job summary

National Dentex Labs in Falcon Heights, MN, seeks a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team. This full-time role handles packing, labeling, data entry, and routing of dental cases, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely processing.

Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Unpack and sanitize new work per instructions with protective gear
• Sort and attach doctor prescriptions
• Enter prescription data via Data Entry to schedule cases
• Bill and invoice finished cases and attach documents
• Pack completed cases securely
• Prepare and consolidate all cases for shipping
• Use UPS and FedEx software; maintain database integrity
• Disburse cases to local drivers
• Maintain shipping box inventory
• Assist with incoming calls
• All other duties as assigned
