Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Stores Clerk B for our Northampton, MA site. This on-site role supports manufacturing operations, handling receiving, storing, and distribution of materials with a cross-functional team.

You will process shipments, verify packing lists, and maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to 5S and quality standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of related experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Understanding of Stores/Material operations and shipping/receiving processes.
• Experience with warehouse control and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and data recording skills.
• Valid driver's license and safe lifting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials received or shipped against packing lists and orders.
• Record data related to receipts, returns, and inventory movements.
• Package, weigh, and label outgoing items per standards.
• Operate forklift to move parts and assemblies as needed.
• Deliver items to manufacturing stations and maintain 5S work areas.
