Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. is seeking a Shipping / Receiving Clerk to ensure on-time flow of goods from Receiving into inventory and from Manufacturing to customers. You will support shipping, planning, sales and operations.

Responsibilities include receiving and unpacking shipments, processing orders, coordinating pickups, and maintaining organized records. Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED and 3–5 years relevant experience; forklift and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma / GED and 3–5 years relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • ERP / MRP systems such as SAP preferred.
  • FedEx/UPS carrier systems knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and unpack shipments, check accuracy and record shipment.
  • Report problems with received goods to Inventory Control and Buyer.
  • Process shipping/receiving orders from domestic and international suppliers and customers.
  • Coordinate pickups, track shipments, and troubleshoot issues with carriers.
  • Store materials on stockroom shelves; keep area clean and organized.
  • Perform stockroom tasks like picking orders and cycle counting.
  • Conduct periodic inventory reviews to balance warehouse stock.
  • Maintain organized paper files for quick paperwork retrieval.
