Job summary

REI Co-op is seeking a warehouse/shipping associate to support store operations in Framingham. You will receive shipments, process returns, and direct replenishment flows to floors or backstock, while assisting customers and maintaining inventory integrity.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling and adherence to loss prevention practices, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safe, efficient logistics in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, retail, or shipping/receiving experience (preferred).
• Able to transfer up to 35 pounds, as needed.
• Open to feedback and other viewpoints.
