Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, issues material and supplies to project sites.
• Loads and unloads supplies and materials, places incoming supplies on shelves or in assigned areas, climbs ladders to stock shelves, keeps warehouse orderly and safe.
• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, following work orders or oral instructions.
• Opens containers with hand tools as needed.
• Lifts or moves materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
• Loads materials into vehicles and secures with straps or padding.
• Transfers materials using hand trucks, electric dollies, forklifts, or other devices.
• Attaches tags or labels and records information on containers.
• Assembles crates for shipment using hand tools and lumber.
• Cleans work area, machines, and equipment; observes safety rules.
