Job summary

BADASS INDUSTRIES is seeking a Production Team Member to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and put-away activities in a busy warehouse. The role focuses on ensuring accurate receipt, labeling, staging, and storage of materials to keep production lines stocked and efficient.

The position requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety and quality as priorities.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter and track inventory information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, completeness, and damage.
• Verify quantities against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.
• Unload, identify, label, and stage incoming materials.
• Perform put-away activities by storing materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems and inventory transactions.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits and reconciliation efforts.
• Pick, stage, pack, and prepare materials and products for outbound shipments.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and proper material identification.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and material movement as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
