Auro Wellness in La Habra, CA is seeking a Shipping, Receiving & Production Associate to package, label, ship orders, and move products between locations while supporting production activities. You will follow established processes, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with a team to ensure quality and timely fulfillment.

The role requires organization, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with others.

Qualifications

• 6 months of shipping, receiving, warehouse, production, or similar experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proper insurance.

Responsabilités

• Accurately and efficiently package, label, ship, and track customer orders and products.
• Receive, organize, and safely move products and materials between company locations and storage areas.
• Support daily production activities while following established processes and quality standards.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and shipped on time.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking information.
• Work with shipping partners including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable shipping requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and the customer experience.
• Step in where needed to support the team and keep daily operations running smoothly.
