Oliver Inc. in Twinsburg, OH, is seeking a dependable Shipping and Receiving Associate to support the flow of materials and finished products. You will prepare shipments, receive materials, maintain records, and ensure proper handling from arrival to delivery.

Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, stays organized, and contributes to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material handling.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage shipments, receipts, inventory, and related documentation.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn ERP systems and shipping software.

Responsibilities

Prepare products for shipment and ensure loads are properly secured.
Generate and complete shipping documentation per customer requirements and standards.
Create shipping labels for products and UPS/FedEx shipments.
Load and unload trucks and cargo vans safely.
Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming shipments to designated areas.
Track shipments and receipts to and from outside vendors.
Enter shipment and receipt information in Monarch ERP promptly.
Schedule transportation for outgoing shipments when needed.
Respond to shipment tracking and delivery inquiries.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area.
Ensure materials and inventory are stored, tagged, and organized.
