K & S Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing metal fabrication operation. You will handle receiving, labeling, packing, and shipping of goods, while keeping precise records and a tidy, safe workspace.

The role requires 2–5 years of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing setting, proficiency with Excel, Word, and shipping software, and the ability to pass a pre-employment physical.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience with scanning, packing, labeling, and shipping products.
• Experience using Excel, Word, and shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment physical.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, scan, and process incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and return goods.
• Prepare, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, dimensions, and other shipping requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, including weights, charges, damages, and discrepancies.
• Process advance shipping notices (ASN) and coordinate shipments.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Organize and route materials to storage, manufacturing, or outside processing locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
