Job summary

Qualifications

• Education, Credentials, Licenses: High school diploma or GED or earned within a designated period following date of hire.
• Must have basic computer experience in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Must have a minimum of two years working in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to stand for entirety of the 8–12-hour shift.
• Experience using an ERP system preferred.
• Experience operating a standup forklift preferred.
• Experience utilizing an RF Scanner preferred.
• Shipping and Receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment.
• Assemble, load, and ship merchandise or material; receive, unpack, verify and record incoming merchandise or material.
• Examine shipment contents and compare with records to verify accuracy.
• Record shipment data such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies.
• Pack, seal, or label to prepare materials for shipping.
• Deliver or route materials to departments using forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Maintain traceability of all products to help the Operations team maintain efficiency.
• Perform Quality checks to inspect for integrity of materials.
