Job summary

ABB Installation Products Inc. is hiring for a position within our production facility. The role involves forklift operation, basic clerical tasks, and handling parts in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain forklift certification. The job requires lifting up to 50 lbs, ability to bend and move around the facility, and willingness to work overtime and shift rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain certification is required.
• Must have valid driver’s license (OKlahoma or Arkansas) and be able to pass training tests.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks and assist in the plant.
• Willingness to work overtime and rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and taking orders for parts.
• Picking and stacking parts and performing related duties.
• Rotate to other jobs as needed and maintain clean work area.
• Adhere to safety policies as this is a safety-sensitive position.

This position reports to: Production Supervisor - 1st Shift.

• Must have valid Oklahoma or Arkansas vehicle operator's license.
• Must have a Certified Forklift Operator's License or be able to pass test to be certified.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and move about the facility regularly.
• Ability to do some clerical work.
• Fundamental math skills are required.
• Willingness to be a team member, keep work area clean, and to work overtime as needed.
• Must maintain acceptable attendance, complying to the attendance policy.
• Must attend Forklift, Hazardous Materials, Hoist & Crane, and Fall Protection training.
• Requirements include answering the phone, taking orders for parts, picking parts, stacking, various other duties and rotate to other jobs.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and work different shifts when needed.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Medical marijuana card holders may be ineligible.
