Job summary

Columbus McKinnon Corporation is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Materials Technician in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will manage inbound receiving, put-away, picking, internal deliveries, packing, and outbound loading, while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years shipping/receiving experience with a current forklift license. You will perform paperwork and contribute to efficient production flow in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret instructions, safety rules, bills of materials, routings, procedure manuals, and shipping/receiving paperwork.
• Communicate effectively one-on-one and in small groups with coworkers and truck drivers.
• Current forklift license/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials and unload trucks; place items in storage locations.
• Pick components per work orders; deliver to manufacturing or shipping areas.
• Pack/crate parts for shipment using standard industry practices.
• Load finished products onto trucks for outbound shipment.
• Conduct routine forklift inspections and complete receiving/shipping paperwork.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow safety rules.
• Assist with special projects and overtime as needed.

Shipping & Receiving Materials TechnicianWorksite: Menomonee Falls, WI, US, 53051 | Req ID: 1829Role overviewSupport production and customers by ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time.
