Job summary

Flex is seeking a Shipping & Reveiving Material Handler to support our Manchester, CT site. You will move materials, prepare shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, cycle counts, and coordinating with warehouse, production, and logistics teams. High school diploma or GED required; SAP knowledge is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems such as SAP is preferred.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements, including cGMP environments, is a plus.

  • Troubleshoot shipping issues and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Address and resolve issues related to shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Move materials to storage areas and production lines using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Additional education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or operations experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, such as SAP, is preferred.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements, including cGMP environments, is a plus.
