Job summary

Ducommun, Inc. located in Carson, CA, seeks a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support logistics and warehousing activities such as material handling, staging, receiving, picking, packing and shipping to ensure on-time customer delivery.

The role requires accurate inventory updates using handheld scanners, operation of forklifts and related equipment, and adherence to safety, quality and ISO/ITAR procedures. This is an hourly, full-time position in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in stockroom/warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Experience with inventory systems and shipping/receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse and logistics duties including receiving, picking, kitting, stocking and shipping finished products or raw materials.
• Fulfill product orders by picking/packing, updating inventory, and shipping within deadlines.
• Receive incoming product by matching to invoices and updating inventory; conduct cycle counts.
