Job summary

ISCO Industries is a Louisville, KY-based piping solutions provider seeking an experienced Warehouse/Shipping Associate. You will safely load and unload products, stage orders, and work with the Shipping Coordinator to optimize daily truck schedules and reduce costs.

You will supervise yard staff to ensure timely loading and accurate inventory control. The role requires 3+ years in warehousing or distribution, forklift experience or certification, and proficiency with Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of warehouse, shipping, and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or ability to be trained/certified to operate forklift.
• Proficiency with Outlook email.

Responsibilities

• Safely, accurately and efficiently load and unload products.
• Collaborate with Shipping Coordinator to optimize daily truck schedule and verify pipe counts.
• Pull and stage all pipe orders for the next day to ensure readiness.
• Lead and supervise yard personnel to ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading.
• Determine best packing method to protect products during transit.
