Job summary

Derstine's Foodservice Distributor is hiring for a full-time 2nd shift warehouse role in Telford, PA. The successful candidate will ensure order accuracy, manage inventory, and support daily operations using RF guns and SAP.

Responsibilities include leading a small team, training staff on SOPs, and performing cycle counts, putaway, and quality checks. Forklift licensure is a plus, and a strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience with RF gun use and SAP is preferred.
• Billing using SAP is a plus, attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure order accuracy with emphasis on inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory control, replenishments and putaway.
• Act as intermediary between shift manager and line staff to ensure directives are followed.
• Motivate the team to complete daily tasks including picking, replenishments, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Train junior staff on SOPs and facility operations.
