Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Shipping & Receiving experience.

• Current Forklift Certification required.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping documentation, and warehouse processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be local to the San Antonio area and able to reliably commute to the worksite.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Process outbound shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Utilize ERP systems to track inventory transactions and warehouse activity.
• Load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate sit-down electric and sit-down propane forklifts.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Shipping & Receiving & Forklift Operator

Pay: $22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Assignment Length: 6-9 Month Contract Position
Position Type: Contract Only (Not Temp-to-Hire)
Location: San Antonio, TX

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM - 6:45 PM

Candidates must be available to:

• Work up to 12-hour shifts as needed
• Work Saturdays when business demands require
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

Advance notice will be provided whenever possible. Candidates must have the flexibility to support overtime and weekend scheduling when required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods
