Job summary

ISCO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Pryor Creek, OK. The role supports our distribution network by loading/unloading, verifying packing lists, and maintaining accurate records, using TMS and ERP systems to optimize shipping and inventory.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, data entry experience, forklift ability or certification, and proficiency in Outlook, with prior warehouse/shipping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Data entry experience.
• Forklift experience or ability to be trained and certified to operate forklift.
• Outlook email proficiency.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, and/or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely, accurately and efficiently load and unload of products.
• Verify products received from suppliers against the packing lists.
• Store products to the appropriate category shelves.
• Determine the best method of packing products to ensure adequate product protection during transit.
• Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to select the best shipping mode and freight carrier to ensure products are delivered to customers with the shortest lead time and the lowest transportation cost.
• Use the ERP system (Epicor-Prelude) to maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate the root cause of problems.
• Make recommendations to improve processes and work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
