• Apply any freight charges that are due for incoming or outgoing.
• Prepare parts for shipping. Pack securely.
• Process claims with carriers.
• Get customers parts from a given location.
• Inform salesmen of any irregularities with backorders.
• Be the representative for parts where couriers are concerned.
