Equiliem is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Salt Lake City to handle shipping and receiving duties, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate records. The role involves loading/unloading trucks, inspecting shipments, and maintaining documentation with attention to safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently or in a small team, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Safety-minded with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Experience operating PIT/forklifts and loading/unloading trucks.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and SAP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and email.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, dependable.
• Self-motivated with general supervision.
• Customer-focused with solid service skills.
• Capable of working independently or in small teams.
• Good verbal communication with basic reading/writing/numerical skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate powered equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products
• Receive incoming goods, verify items against shipping records, and inspect shipments for condition and accuracy
• Gather, verify, package, and prepare items for shipment according to specifications and transportation requirements
• Record received and shipped materials using established procedures and computerized documentation systems
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to appropriate inspection or stock areas
• Maintain accurate written and electronic shipping and receiving records
• Identify and appropriately handle routine exceptions in shipping and receiving processes
• Safely load and unload trucks using appropriate powered material-handling equipment
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain
