Job summary

PCC Structurals is seeking a logistics associate to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory for materials and finished goods. You will ensure proper documentation, timely processing, and coordination with vendors, carriers, and internal teams while upholding quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming shipments, preparing outbound materials, maintaining records, and supporting transportation logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of export/ITAR regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation
• Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing materials, including all required paperwork
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track material locations
• Coordinate carrier pickups, track shipments, and support customer inquiries
• Manage vendor communication, purchase orders, and shipment status for outside vendors
• Identify and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies
• Support material handling operations, including loading/unloading and transport
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, HAZCOM, and shipping regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including packaging supplies
