Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a Shipping Clerk in City of Industry, CA to prepare outgoing merchandise daily and maintain a neat, orderly warehouse. You will pull inventory, verify items, package shipments, and generate labels while adhering to safety rules and company policies.

Responsibilities include daily start-time compliance, PPE usage, accurate item counts, and efficient processing of calls and orders. The role requires up to 75 lbs lifting, teamwork, and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited High School.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment and miscellaneous items up to 75lbs daily.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work daily and is ready to work at the scheduled start time.
• Must wear all safety equipment (i.e. back support and steel toed shoes).
• Pull necessary inventory to be shipped based on order processed.
• Verify accuracy on items and quantities with Warehouse Supervisor/Tech to minimize errors.
• Package all products to safely ship without damage.
• Create shipping label in computer via shipping program and ensure items are labeled for shipment.
• Address errors in shipping address with Warehouse Supervisor for correction.
• Process Call-Tags throughout the day in a timely manner.
• Maintain work/shipping area free and clean of clutter.
• Ensure all packages are ready and placed on a pallet for pickup.
• At end of day, scan shipped orders; document in DocFlow or next business day.
• Perform any other duties requested by Supervisor or Management.
• Adhere to all company policies and stay current on product knowledge.
