Responsibilities include inbound/outbound checks, dock door assignments, and ensuring accuracy of shipping documents while coordinating with inventory. Training is provided and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment is required.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Office and warehouse documentation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity.
• Verify accuracy of shipping/receiving documents with inventory.
• Assist with appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with needs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
