Job summary

The Vincit Group is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk for our Chattanooga, TN location. The role focuses on fulfilling PPE orders, maintaining inventory, and receiving new stock.

You will ensure accurate data entry and keep the warehouse organized while coordinating with carriers for timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of warehouse experience, prefers 3+ years in chemical industry shipping/receiving, and possesses strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Must have data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for internal/external coordination.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill PPE orders for internal and external customers.
• Maintain inventory levels and determine replenishment needs.
• Receive, count and restock new inventory in proper locations.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickup and timely delivery.
• Close orders in the system and create backorders when needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
