Job summary

Pivotal Health Solutions in Watertown, SD is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to handle timely and accurate processing of shipments. Responsibilities include preparation, organization, quality control of incoming and outgoing products, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires forklift operation, counting, packing orders, generating invoices, and coordination with Customer Service to ensure shipments are ready for pickup. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• The role requires prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
• Experience with inventory management systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices for shipments and process payments as needed.
• Stage finished products for loading and ensure correct placement.
• Pull and pack sales orders to meet customer deadlines.
• Notify Customer Service when shipments are ready for pickup.
• Unload trucks and verify counts for incoming items.
