Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using a forklift.
• Coordinate truck arrivals to ensure timely shipping from Decostar.
• Prepare bills of lading, dray tickets, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate inventories and cycle counts; reconcile variances and assist corrective actions.

Notifies departments of received packages, etc.* Participate in continuous improvement programs and activities to ensure meeting of departmental performance objectives.* Establish and maintain auditable records of all receipts and shipments.* Input and retrieve data from computer to record, update and monitor shipments and dispositions to ensure we are supporting our customer(s).* Assist with loading and unloading trucks, which requires **driving a forklift** and lifting of packages.* Coordinate and arrange trucks in a timely fashion to ensure goods are shipped from Decostar.* Prepare accurate bills of lading, dray tickets, and shipping documents.* Coordinate and complete physical inventories and cycle counts as scheduled.
