Job summary

Wall Colmonoy's Aerobraze Engineered Technologies in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily inbound and outbound logistics at our 90,000-square-foot facility.

You will verify deliveries, prepare shipments, operate material handling equipment, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with suppliers and customers globally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in domestic and international shipping, logistics, or related field.
• Knowledge of Dynamic 365 is prefeered.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Prior experience with UPS and Fed Ex shipping systems is preferred.
• Good communications and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform frequent bending and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive items by accepting deliveries and unpacking containers.
• Verify items received by inspecting condition, counting, and noting discrepancies.
• Document items received by recording identifying information.
• Operate fork truck and pallet jack.
• Generate paperwork required for shipping to suppliers/customers (packing slips, bill of ladings, certifications, labels).
• Prepare shipments by packing, labeling, and stretch wrapping to protect product quality.
• Determine method of shipment per the purchase order.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Inventory management.

Aerobraze Engineered Technologies, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Receive items by accepting deliveries and unpacking containers
• Verify items received by inspecting condition of items, comparing count of items to purchase order and packing slip and noting discrepancies
• Document items received by recording identifying information
• Operate fork truck and pallet jack
• Generate paperwork required for shipping to suppliers / customers in the required format including packing slips, bill of ladings, certifications, labels etc.
• Prepare shipments by packing, labeling, stretch wrapping product to ensure product quality is not compromised
• Determine method of shipment per the purchase order
• Perform other related duties as assigned
